What is Boot Camp Addiction?

Boot Camp Addiction Kennesaw is 30-days of fun, hour-long sessions for women who aren't quite ready for CrossFit classes or prefer to workout in the morning.

It's done inside our gym at 6AM, not out in the cold like other boot camps!

Different workouts every day include balance & agility, core training, and fun team workouts!

This is the fastest way to lose weight and tone up, plus our Boot Camp is run by real trainers not other boot camp graduates!

Boot Camp meets 4-days a week for 30 days. Hurry, Boot Camp sells out quickly!

What's BootCamp Addiction March schedule?

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings
6:00AM -  Bring in your journal & begin the warmup 
6:15AM -  Agility drills, work on coordination & balance
6:25AM -  Strength training
6:45AM -  Core training, cardio workout
6:55AM -  Stretching and cool down
*Saturday mornings at 9AM are make-up days!
**We build strength AND cardio, get toned and lean

   Buddy Rate Boot Camp $100/person

   1-Person BootCamp March $150
