What is CrossFit??
CrossFit is high-intensity training done in small groups.

We do different workouts every day that include Olympic Lifting, plyometrics, gymnastics, rowing, running, and strength lifts. CrossFit classes meet everyday in the evening.

CrossFit Elements
CrossFit can me intimidating right?

Our Elements Class is designed for beginners to get started in CrossFit. It's three sessions done one-on-one with a trainer and will teach you everything you need to know to do CrossFit safely.

What Will I Learn?
First class you'll learn the air squat, overhead squat, back squat and front squat. Then we do a little 4-minute workout.

Second class you'll learn the shoulder press, push press, push jerk, and split jerk. Then we do a short workout.

Third class you'll learn the clean, snatch, thruster, and kipping pullup. Then you've graduated and you're ready for a small group class!!
