Elements Class Information

CrossFit can be intimidating right?

Our Elements Class is optional and designed for beginners to get started in CrossFit. It's three sessions done one-on-one with a trainer and will teach you everything you need to know to do CrossFit safely. 

What will I learn?

First class you'll learn the air squat, overhead squat, back squat and front squat. Then we do a little 4-minute workout.

Second class you'll learn the shoulder press, push press, push jerk, and split jerk. Then we do a short workout.

Third class you'll learn the clean, snatch, thruster, and kipping pullup. Then you've graduated and you're ready for a small group class!!
