3 rounds for time
1 Lap
10 Pushups
10 Situps
10 Pullups
10 Air Squats
10 Push Presses 65/45

Then:
10x Sled Push 100ft
OR
5x Sled Push 100ft WITH WEIGHT

“BlackJack From Workout Journal”

Deadlift 3 on the minute for 10 minutes
Snatch 3 on the minute for 5 minutes

Thursday——————–

“Team Eva”
Team must complete five rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
2 pood Kettlebell swing, 30 reps (Women 1.5 pood=RX)
30 Pull-ups
All 3 ppl on the team working at the same time. What you do in round one you cannot do in round 2. Basically you cannot do KB swings or pullups 2 rounds in a row.

  • Attend class 3x a week every week
  • Eat Meat, vegetables, nuts and a little oil (like coconut and olive oil)
  • Track your workouts and make progress each month
