Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

The Team Must Complete:
EMOM for 10 Min
10 Pullups
2 Sled Pushes (1 per person)
10 KB Swings 70/55
1 person working at a time.
Record # of rounds completed out of 10.
Find a partner who can use the same size KB (1 per team)

Metcon (Time)

Grab a new Partner.
Team Must Complete:
90 Burpees
90 Tire Flips (1 tire per team)
*In Any Order, 1 person working at a time

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Grab a new partner.
Max Reps in 3 Min: Weighted Bar Lunges (75/45)
Max Reps in 3 Min: Clapping Pushups (hand release for girls)
1 person working at a time.
