Makeup 1 rep max

WOD1:
Snatch Ladder
1 first minute, 2 second minute, 3 the 3rd minute.
After 3 min, add weight and start back at 1
Choose 3 different weights

WOD2:
AMRAP in 9 MIN
4 Burpees
4 HSPU
4 Pistols each leg
20 DU’s
