Eat fat. Eat protein. Eat vegetables. Don’t eat fruit. Don’t eat sugar, grains, or starches.
I have conversations  everyday with people who want to know what to eat. I tell them. They come back a few days later having made no changes whatsoever because, “It’s hard to eat meat, vegetables and fat.” Well, it’s hard to wake up for work everyday but somehow you do it, right?

Here’s the bottom line: Knowledge is worthless if you don’t use it. Most people know what to eat yet they don’t do it because of excuses. It’s not more information you need, it’s discipline. You don’t need to read more blogs, more books or get more advice. You need to take action. Else be happy with the way you look.
