We start tracking attendance again tomorrow.
1. You must do the entire WOD not some half version of it.
2. Only doing strength lifts doesn’t count.
3. If myself or Jess aren’t there to see you workout, it doesn’t count.
4. If you workout at your house or in your neighborhood, it doesn’t count.
For March I’d like to do a special diet challenge. Instead of sticking to a specific plan, how about choosing a couple things to give up kinda like lent.
I’ll be giving up coffee for the month of March and all sweetners including sugar, agave, honey, molasses, and maple syrup.
